There\u2019s an app these days for just about everything\nincluding making your earnest deposit, or your customer\u2019s earnest deposit, during\na property purchase. ZOCCAM is available through the Apple iTunes App\nStore<\/a> and Google\nPlay<\/a>. This easy-to-use app allows you to electronically transmit your\nearnest deposit. The money goes through the app into our escrow account. Here\nis how to use it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Download the app from the site that works with\nyour device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
2. Register with your name and email address. If\nyou\u2019re the buyer, you can leave the real estate license field blank. If you\u2019re\nthe agent sending the deposit on behalf of your buyer, enter your real estate\nlicense number. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
3. The app will send you an SMS text message with a\nPIN. Enter the PIN when prompted and create an eight-digit, numeric passcode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
4. Select Capture on the home screen and choose the\ntype of funds. Enter the contract information, and attach the contract from an\nemail attachment, if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
5. Capture the front and back of the filled-out earnest\ncheck on a well-lit, flat surface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
6. You\u2019ll receive an email confirmation that the\ntransaction was successful.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
